Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your service. If you are unable to make your appointment, please text or call Ashley at 520.496.6408 as soon as possible to reschedule.
Everyone’s time is valuable; therefore, I have the following policies in place:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 30% charge of the service scheduled to the clients card on file.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service scheduled to the clients card on file.
Same Day/No-Call/No-Show appointments will incur a 50% charge of the service scheduled to the clients card on file. Thank you for your understanding.
